You cannot apply for accommodation until you receive your admission letter with confirmation of the campus you have been assigned to.

If you prefer to rent an apartment on your own, you will need a written statement of your parents' income or a grant award certificate.
Housing aid
International students staying in France for more than six months are eligible for the State housing aid called Aide personalisée au logement (personalized housing assistance, APL), granted by the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales (family benefits fund,CAF).
Non-EU/EEA citizens must hold a valid residence permit.
